Can I replace a window with a French door or sliding patio door at the back of my house?
We specialise in this service. From start to finish we will ensure the least disruption to your home. Our French doors come in a range of finishes and are muti-locking with added shoot bolts. Whether you choose a sliding patio door or a French door for your porch, we guarantee it will add extra security and heat retention while enhancing the appearance of your house. Both are available with mid-rails to include a letter plate if required. Side panels can be added to span larger openings. All our doors are manufactured to meet weather performance and operational strenght characteristics as specified in British Standard BS6375. Parts 1 and 2.

uPVC or Composite front door- what’s the difference?
Composite doors have an authentic wood-grain finish. All glass is triple glazing. The hinges are concealed and it’s structure is strong due to the 65mm door panel. A composite door is significantly more secure, which is a great addition to the security of your home.
How does double glazing work?
Our low e glass allows heat from the sun to the room and stops it from leaving by reflecting the light back in. The glass is also Optiwhite, a brilliantly clear pane type which improves Solar gain also.
Is the benefit of triple glazing worth the extra cost?
There is not much in the temperature difference between double-glazed and triple glazed windows in terms of heat retention, a room will be approximately 2 degrees C warmer with triple glazing. Our advanced system of KS glass, made by Pilkington have allowed us to provide the most energy efficient windows on the market. We offer triple glazing as an up-grade on all our windows.

What about condensation?
